We want all purchases to be enjoyed with a full heart and not be a burden or a regret. Hence we provide you a full refund in case you are not happy with your purchase.
How do I place an order?

How long does it take to receive an order?
Orders are shipped on daily basis & it takes 2-3 working days for your order to be delivered to your doorstep.
What are the delivery charges?
We offer free shipping across Pakistan. International delivery charges vary as per weight and location.
How do I pay for my order?
For all orders within Pakistan, we accept Bank Transfer & COD (cash on delivery).
All International orders will be paid via Bank Transfer only.
What is the exchange or refund policy for unstitched articles?
In case, you are not happy with your purchase of unstitched articles, just let us know within 7 days of receiving the product and we shall refund you in full. All you will have to do is ship the article back to us and your amount with be refunded in full, or you can exchange it with something you like better. It is expected that the products received by us are in the same condition as they were sent.
What is the exchange or refund policy for stitched articles?
We offer an exchange for stitched articles within 7 days of receiving your purchase, provided the item is unworn and in mint condition. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days. You will need to ship the item back to us, and we will process your exchange upon receiving the product in its original condition.
Who pays the return shipment charges?
In case you have received an incorrect product from us, we will bear the return shipping cost. In the event where you have a change of mind, we will appreciate it that you send it back to us via any courier service.
